Send the scope with your request
Include the site address, project name, contractor, required mix, estimated quantity and target date. Identify separate placements and whether an approved submittal or inspection must be completed before delivery.
Coordinate access and unloading
Share the authorized entrance, truck staging area, access restrictions and on-site contact. For occupied properties, coordinate pedestrian and vehicle separation with the site manager. Tell dispatch if a pump or other equipment will be used.
Plan phased and continuous pours
For repairs or phased placements, list each section and approximate quantity. For a continuous pour, discuss the required production rate, total volume and crew readiness so delivery feasibility can be confirmed.
Agree on the commercial terms
Review delivery charges, unloading allowances, change procedures and documentation in the quote. Confirm who may approve quantity or specification changes on site. An online request is an inquiry, not a confirmed order.
Common questions
Can you quote a municipal or specified project?
Send the required mix designation, approval documents and project conditions for review. Acceptance depends on the applicable specifications and delivery requirements.
What happens if the schedule changes?
Contact the team as soon as the date or readiness changes. Dispatch must reconfirm availability and any consequences under the agreed delivery terms.
