Record length, width and actual thickness for each rectangular section. Calculate footings and thickened edges separately. Use the calculator for an estimate and choose an allowance based on your site's conditions.
2. Confirm the specification
Get the required mix from your plans or contractor. Include PSI, aggregate, fiber or other specified properties and any required approval documentation. Do not choose a structural mix based only on a general website example.
3. Supply the delivery details
Send your name and contact details, job address and ZIP code, estimated cubic yards, preferred date and site contact. Mention gates, overhead obstacles, truck access restrictions and pumping arrangements.
4. Review the quote
Confirm total charges, quantity measurement, minimums if applicable, waiting time, payment arrangements and cancellation or rescheduling terms. Check what delivery includes and arrange placement and finishing separately where needed.
5. Confirm readiness
Before the delivery window, confirm site access, forms, crew, equipment and any inspections required by your project team. Let dispatch know immediately if the site or weather plan changes.
